About Our Team
Dr. Jeff Rutkowski
Dr. Jeff (As he likes to be called) attended college at the University of Wisconsin – Superior where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Health Education. His doctorate was granted in 2000 by Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport IA. During that time, he was privileged to participate in the “Clinic Abroad Program” and take part in mission trips to Bolivia and Peru. There, he provided needed care for some of the most remote and under served regions of South America. He has completed and continues post graduate studies at the world renowned Gonstead Chiropractic Clinic at Mt. Horeb Wisconsin. Dr. Rutkowski has also attended credited hours in the application of the impulse adjusting instrument.
Dr. Jeff has been in private practice since 2001 serving patients in North Carolina, Minnesota, and Northern Wisconsin. His care has been sought out by several professional and athletic organizations including the Minnesota National Ballet Company, AMA Motocross and the X-Games Sno-Cross Tours.
Dr. Jeff brings a unique perspective and service to the area by providing a safe, gentle, effective approach to renewed health for you and your entire family.
Becky Zelm – Becky graduated from high school in Wittenburg Wisconsin and is a graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead Minnesota. She has been married to Dr. Zelm for 42 years and they have a son named Andrew. Becky has worked in the field of chiropractic for 41 years. One of Becky’s greatest loves is music. She has been an accompanist for the Oconomowoc Community Choir for 15 years, an accompanist for Our Savior’s Lutheran Church for 20 years, a substitute organist, and has helped many Oconomowoc High School students as an accompanist during solo and ensemble time. Becky also enjoys, bible studies, shopping, and loves to travel.
Donna Mae Bandler – Donna is a native Wisconsinite who now lives in Oconomowoc. She graduated from Custer High School in Milwaukee and attended Alverno College with a focus in Communications. Donna married her high school sweetheart, Christopher, and has been married for over 30 years. The have to sons, Jacob and Nicholas who both attend high school in Oconomowoc. She and her family are long time members at Oakwood Church in Hartland. When is is not in the office, she loves to travel, spending time with family, playing cards & board games, and having Movie nights. Donna is new member to the Oconomowoc Chiropractic family and is a great addition to our staff!
